United Auto Industries is one of Pakistan's biggest motorcycle names - a Lahore maker building bikes and three-wheelers since 1999, and self-styled "Pakistan's No.1 national brand." It sells electric vehicles, it sells rickshaws, and that combination is exactly why people search for a "United electric rickshaw." Here is the verified answer, checked on 2 August 2026: no United electric rickshaw or electric loader exists. United's three-wheeler line is petrol - a 100cc motorcycle rickshaw, 150cc and 200cc loaders, and 200cc 3- and 6-seater auto rickshaws - and its electric products are two-wheeled scooters and motorcycles.

The proof is unusually strong for an absence claim, because United is already inside the government's EV machinery. On the federal PAVE subsidy portal - the official price list for Pakistan's electric-vehicle scheme - United Auto Industries appears as a registered OEM with seven electric two-wheelers (EV Bullet variants and the Sharp, Rs 249,000-410,000). The same portal's three-wheeler list names four makers: Sazgar, Nova Mobility, Tezmo and Pak Star. United is not among them. A company that files EV scheme paperwork for battery-swap scooters, but registers no three-wheeler, is telling you what it makes.

Meanwhile, at least one price site answers the search anyway: RickshawPriceInPakistan's May 2026 electric-rickshaw list carries a "United Electric Rickshaw - PKR 500,000-620,000 (Lithium/Lead)" entry. We could not find that vehicle on United's official site, on PAVE, on PakWheels, on PriceOye, or in a single OLX listing on 2 August 2026. That number is attached to a product that does not exist. This page exists to stop that search dead and point you at what is real.

The petrol line's pricing deserves its own flag: United's official pages publish specs but no prices, Gari.pk's familiar figures (Rs 225,000 for the 6-seater, Rs 300,000 for the loader) carry an August 2022 launch date, and the one live dealer listing we opened today - Ahsan Autos' "Loader 150cc 2026 Model" - showed Rs 565,000 struck through to Rs 270,135 on the same page. Pros. United is a real manufacturer with a genuinely national dealer and parts network, and its three-wheelers have years of commercial service behind them - 79 used United loaders trading on OLX today (2018 units still selling at Rs 90,000) is the evidence. On the electric side the company is further in than most legacy makers: seven PAVE-registered scooter models, including battery-swap Bullet variants at Rs 385,000-410,000, which is real engineering commitment to the swap model, not a badge job.

Cons. For this category the brand has nothing: the EV effort stops at two wheels, and the rickshaw line stops at petrol. Worse for buyers, the petrol line has no anchored price - the official site publishes none, the widely-quoted figures are three years stale, and live dealer listings contradict themselves. And the search environment is actively hostile: a published "United Electric Rickshaw" price band circulates for a product that does not exist, which is precisely how buyers get steered into no-name machines wearing familiar stickers.

Who should buy. Nobody arrives at a rickshaw category page wanting a scooter, so the honest answer is: if you need an electric three-wheeler, buy a different brand. The official PAVE channel prices the real ones - Pak Star's Tez Raftar at Rs 800,000, Nova's EcoDost loader at Rs 980,000, Tezmo's Ricky at Rs 1,035,000, and Sazgar at Rs 1,100,000-1,330,000, all before the scheme's Rs 400,000 subsidy. A commercial buyer who wants United specifically for its dealer network is buying a petrol loader today - the Loader 150 page runs the petrol-vs-electric math before you commit.

Why this search exists. The PM's EV scheme put United's name on the official electric-vehicle portal, Punjab subsidy headlines put "electric rickshaw" in every commercial buyer's vocabulary, and United is a rickshaw brand buyers already trust. The guess that these three facts add up to a United e-rickshaw is reasonable - and wrong. Content farms monetize the guess: a page that lists a "United Electric Rickshaw PKR 500,000-620,000" between real brands lends the fabrication borrowed credibility. Check any e-rickshaw price against the PAVE portal before believing it; it is the only official list in the category.

The fabricated-price mechanics, spelled out. RickshawPriceInPakistan's May 2026 list also carries a "Sazgar EV Rickshaw PKR 520,000-650,000" - roughly half the Rs 1,100,000-1,330,000 that the official PAVE portal actually lists for Sazgar (our Sazgar hub documents that correction in full). When a source is off by 2x on the one brand with published official prices, its price for a brand with no product is not an estimate, it is an invention. Same site, same page, same date.

The no-name e-loader trap. What actually fills the "cheap electric loader" demand is a grey market of assembled, unbranded three-wheelers - lead-acid machines banded at roughly Rs 250,000-750,000+ in published guides, with a pack that lasts 12-15 months of commercial duty and a ~Rs 95,000 replacement bill on our July 2026 guide's numbers. No warranty path, no parts catalogue, no resale story, and frequently no registration papers - which also kills subsidy and financing eligibility. If a dealer offers you a "United electric loader," the motor plate and the registration book will tell you what it really is.

United's EV trajectory, honestly read. The battery-swap Bullet variants on PAVE matter: swap infrastructure is the strongest candidate for making commercial electric three-wheelers work in Pakistan, and United is one of the few legacy makers actually shipping swap-capable products. If United ever extends that platform to three wheels it would be news worth acting on - but as of 2 August 2026 it is speculation, and no dealer's "coming next month" changes that.
