Solar & EV calculators for Pakistan
Five calculators, one page each. Every default is a dated Pakistani rate, every field is editable, and every page shows the arithmetic it uses plus the things it cannot see. We sell no hardware and take no installer commission, so there is nothing here nudging you towards a bigger system.
Rates last reviewed 26 July 2026. See how we verify a number before we print it.
Solar system size calculator
Turn your monthly units into a kW figure and a battery size, with an indicative Rs cost band for each.
EV vs petrol running-cost calculator
Monthly fuel cost, side by side, at the July 2026 pump price and NEPRA’s off-peak EV tariff.
Panels needed to charge an EV or e-bike
How many extra 585W panels it takes to cover your daily charging — the convergence question this site was built around.
Solar battery payback calculator
What a stored unit is worth now that exporting it earns about Rs 11 — and how many years that takes to repay the bank.
Net metering vs net billing calculator
What a month of your generation was worth under 1:1 net metering, and what it is worth now — as a function of self-consumption.
Why there are only five
Because five is how many we can stand behind. Each one is wired to figures published elsewhere on this site — the 5 kW system cost build-up, the Rs 23.57 off-peak EV tariff, the net-billing export rate — so you can check every default rather than trust it. When a calculator’s default disagrees with one of those guides, the calculator page says so instead of quietly picking a side.
