The 630W+ stock ships on Jinko's Tiger Neo 3.0 platform (some Pakistani retailers label it "X20"), which lifts module efficiency to roughly 23.5% per Jinko's official Tiger Neo range. The top wattage in this class sold in Pakistan is 645W; above it, Jinko jumps to 710-725W modules aimed at commercial arrays.

Honest assessment
Pros. More watts per panel at nearly the same per-watt price as the 585W means fewer panels, fewer rails, less labor, and less roof area per kW — on a typical 10kW system you drop from 18 panels to 16. Dual-glass construction handles Pakistani thermal cycling and hail better than glass-backsheet builds, and the bifacial rear side adds real gain on elevated structures. This is the class Jinko is actively pushing, so supply is fresh — you are buying current production, not run-out stock.
Cons. The 630-645W Tiger Neo 3.0 carries a ~Rs 2/W premium over the older 615-625W bins for a modest efficiency gain — run the math for your roof before paying it. Panels this size are physically large (2.3m+ long) and heavy; two-man handling on stairs and parapets is mandatory, and older roof structures may need rail redesign. Higher module current can also exceed the input limits of pre-2024 inverters. Counterfeit pressure is moving to this class as it becomes the volume seller.
Who should buy. Buyers with limited roof area, anyone building a new 10kW+ system, and net-metering applicants who want maximum kW inside a fixed structure footprint. If your installer quotes 585W and 620W-class within Rs 0.5/W of each other, take the bigger panel.

Heat and dust. Same -0.29%/C temperature coefficient as the 585W: expect roughly 8-10% output loss at peak summer cell temperatures, against 11-13% for older P-type stock. The dual-glass build tolerates 45C+ ambient cycling well. Big panels collect proportionally more dust; keep the same wash schedule.
Documents vs non-documents. Published dealer rates are for documented A-grade stock with import paperwork. Non-documented 620W-class stock is appearing at Rs 1-2/W less as volumes grow. Same trade-off as always: no valid warranty, and possible friction at net-metering inspection. On a 16-panel system the saving is about Rs 15,000 — less than the value of a single warranty replacement.
Counterfeit risk — the checklist. As the 620W-class becomes Jinko's volume seller in Pakistan, fakes are following. Before paying: (1) confirm the serial is laser-etched inside the front glass — a paper-sticker-only barcode is the classic fake tell; (2) run every serial through Jinko's official online verification portal and reject any panel that returns "invalid" or nothing; (3) demand the factory flash-test report for your specific serials — genuine documented importers have it, fake channels never do. Get serials listed on the invoice.
Warranty claim reality. The 12-year/30-year warranty routes through the Pakistani distributor chain and requires verified serials plus purchase documents. Field turnaround is measured in weeks. One daily price list quotes a 25-year power warranty for Jinko; Jinko's official Tiger Neo documentation specifies 30 years — insist the warranty card that ships with your panels states the 30-year term.
Price context vs rivals (July 2026)
At Rs 41.25-43.25/W, the 620W-class prices against the same Tier-1 N-type field as the 585W: JA Solar DeepBlue at Rs 39.75-42.5/W and Trina Vertex N at Rs 39.3-42.15/W undercut it, while LONGi Hi-MO X7 (Rs 42.5-46.2/W) and Canadian Solar TOPCon (Rs 41-46/W) sit above. Jinko's 710-725W modules at Rs 40.5-43/W dealer are worth pricing for very large roofs — per-watt they can come in below the 630-645W class.
