Inverex Nitrox 6kW 48V Single Phase Hybrid (superseded)

The Inverex Nitrox 6kW 48V single-phase hybrid is a superseded model, replaced in Inverex's catalogue by the Nitrox 6.6kW SP Hybrid. We publish no current price for it: the figures still circulating range from Rs 250,000 to Rs 369,999 across sellers on 25 July 2026, a 48% spread, on listings that are largely sold out or stale. {/* VERIFY */}

This page exists so that buyers who arrive searching for a 6kW Nitrox learn what happened to it, not so we can sell them a number.

What replaced it, and what changed

Inverex's current hybrid catalogue on aptinverex.com ran 3.6, 6.6, 8, 10, 13, 16, 20, 30, 50 and 80 kW when we checked on 25 July 2026. There is no plain 6kW in it. The model survives on legacy pages only, and retailers have moved on: c-power.pk shows the 6kW SKU as unavailable, and kamalsolar.pk still uses a /inverex-nitrox-6kw-... URL for a product now titled 6.6kW.

What the legacy Inverex page does confirm for the 6kW: 135 A maximum charging and discharging current, up to 16 units in parallel, IP65, a colour touch LCD, six configurable battery charge and discharge time periods, diesel generator energy-storage support, and a 5-year warranty. Monitoring is SOLARMAN Smart, as across the Nitrox line — an app rated 2.8 stars from 10.3K ratings on Google Play, retrieved 25 July 2026.

Why there is no price here

That is a 48% spread, roughly six times normal dealer variance, with the only fetched figure sitting on a sold-out listing. Inverex's own site still lists "Nitrox 6 KW - 48 V Single phase" but renders every price as "RS 0," so there is no manufacturer anchor either.

Publishing a single "current street price" for a discontinued, sold-out SKU under these conditions would be a freshness hazard dressed up as data. We are not doing it.

Should you buy remaining stock?

Only on the arithmetic, and only with the paperwork.

The 6.6kW was Rs 275,000-280,000 on 25 July 2026. A 6kW at Rs 255,000 saves roughly 8% and buys you a slightly smaller battery charger (135 A against 140 A), a model with no published PV or MPPT figures, and a shorter spares horizon. That is a defensible trade for a tight budget. A 6kW at Rs 325,000 or Rs 369,999, which several sellers still ask, is not defensible at any budget.

Two things to settle in writing before paying for old stock:

1. The warranty term and start date. Inverex's legacy page states 5 years. Whether a service centre honours a full term on a discontinued SKU sold from clearance stock in 2026 is a dealer question, and the answer belongs on the invoice.
2. Board and spare availability. Inverex's service network is broad — 28 published Pakistani locations plus Kabul and Kandahar, per its own service-centre page fetched 25 July 2026 — but breadth of network is not the same as depth of parts stock for a retired model.

Pakistan reality check

Everything that applies to the current Nitrox line applies here, with the added exposure of buying a retired product.

Grid faults. A 2026 guide at solarhubofficial.com states that Inverex faults 01, 04 and 07 are usually self-protection responses to Pakistan's voltage fluctuation and load-shedding rather than damage, while faults 09, 51, 52 and 53 are usually internal hardware failures involving the main board or capacitor — a service-centre job, not a reset. Heat and mounting. One Lahore installer, at solarinstallationlahore.com, states he fitted roughly 180 Inverex units between 2023 and 2025 and reports four 2024 warranty claims rejected — two for sealed-cupboard mounting, two for failed earthing-electrode tests — plus 10 to 14 day peak-summer board-level repair turnaround and warranty fine print citing a 45 degree C ambient limit. Single source, attributed, uncorroborated. On a discontinued unit a rejected claim is worse news than usual, because replacement is not a straight swap.

Second-hand and clearance stock. The same installer reports that used Inverex units bought through marketplaces can fail the serial check at the service centre. There is no official Inverex serial-verification portal we could find, so a buyer cannot check before purchase. Buy through a registered dealer, get the serial on the invoice, and photograph the label before the installer mounts the unit.
