ZnShine Solar Solar Panels

ZnShine Solar (ZNShine PV-Tech Co., Changzhou, China) is a Bloomberg-NEF Tier-1 module maker with a single product that meaningfully trades in Pakistan: the 585W N-type TOPCon bifacial double-glass panel from the ZXM7-UHLDD144 series. As of 26 July 2026 it sells for Rs 38-44 per watt on the mainstream Pakistani trackers — about Rs 22,223 to Rs 25,740 per panel — with grey-channel lists quoting as low as Rs 29/W (roughly Rs 16,965).

Two things to know first. ZnShine's Pakistani footprint is genuinely thin — Solar Citizen, one of the better-maintained local trackers, does not list the brand at all, and the listings that do exist come from a few aggregator sites and one Karachi distributor. But the credentials are real: ZnShine is a Top Performer in Kiwa PVEL's 2026 Module Reliability Scorecard across seven test categories (damp heat, mechanical and hail stress, PID, UVID, LID/LETID and PAN energy modelling). Note that the modules PVEL tested for 2026 were built in Orangeburg, USA and Kota Batam, Indonesia — not the Chinese lines that supply this region.

What actually sells here (26 July 2026)

One correction worth naming, because it is the kind of thing that produces bad buying decisions: at least one Pakistani daily price site publishes a block of Suncore-branded 585-615W panels under a heading that reads "ZNShine Solar Panels Latest Prices Today". Those rows (Rs 39.50, 41.75 and 42.75 per watt) are not ZnShine products. We removed them from this page.

Honest assessment

Pros. The hardware is well specified and independently tested. The 585W bin delivers 22.64% efficiency with a (-0.30 ± 0.03)%/°C temperature coefficient, 2.0mm+2.0mm heat-strengthened double glass, IP68 junction box with three diodes, 5400 Pa front load rating and a (80 ± 10)% bifaciality factor — all from the manufacturer datasheet, not a reseller page. The 12-year product and 30-year output warranty match Jinko's paper terms, and on most Pakistani trackers ZnShine sits Rs 2-6/W under Jinko and LONGi.

Cons. Price discovery is poor: four sources gave four different numbers (Rs 29, 38, 40 and 44 per watt), and the grade labels contradict each other — one site calls the Rs 29/W stock "Tier1 Documented" while another labels the Rs 38/W stock merely "A-Grade" next to rivals marked "Tier-1 Documented". Those labels are marketing, not evidence. Resale and installer familiarity are low. And the price advantage is not universal: Pakistan Solar Traders lists ZnShine 585W at Rs 25,740 — identical to Trina and about Rs 585 above Jinko and JA at the same dealer.

Who should buy. Buyers who can inspect the panels and paperwork before paying, and who accept that a warranty claim runs through their importer rather than a manufacturer office. If you need a service network or easy resale, pay the Jinko or LONGi premium. For a cheap N-type with better local coverage, JA DeepBlue is the safer middle path.

Pakistan reality check

Heat and dust. The datasheet coefficient is (-0.30 ± 0.03)%/°C, so a worst-case in-spec unit behaves like -0.33. At cell temperatures of 60-70°C, routine on a Multan or Jacobabad rooftop in June, expect roughly 10-13% below nameplate from heat alone, before soiling. Dust costs another 5-15% without regular washing. The graphene self-cleaning coating is a genuine datasheet feature, but we found no independent Pakistani measurement of what it does here. Budget for cleaning anyway.

Documents vs non-documents. The Rs 29/W ZnShine rows sit in lists where every brand is Rs 8-12/W below documented street rates — that is the grey channel, whatever the row label says. The Rs 38-44/W band is the documented market. The gap is roughly Rs 6,000 per panel, or Rs 60,000 on a ten-panel system: that is the price of a warranty trail and clean net-metering paperwork. Ask your installer, in writing, whether non-documented panels have passed inspection in your DISCO region recently.

Counterfeit check — do this before money moves. Three tests, and they apply to every brand: (1) the serial must be laser-etched inside the front glass — the ZXM7-UHLDD144 drawing shows two barcode positions under the glass; a paper sticker on the frame or backsheet, on its own, proves nothing and is the signature of a relabelled or B-grade module; (2) demand the serial-matched factory flash-test report showing each panel's actual measured wattage — a real importer has these, a relabeller does not; (3) get the full model code (ZXM7-UHLDD144-585) and the serial numbers written on the invoice. ZnShine makes this harder than its rivals: its "Module Authenticity" web page carries only phone and email contacts, with no serial-lookup form, and the scorecard-linked manufacturer page returned a 404 when we checked on 26 July 2026. With no public checker, the flash-test report and import documents are your only authenticity evidence.

Warranty claim reality. The paper is 12 years product and 30 years output. The route to using it is not. ZnShine has no confirmed Pakistan office — the nearest thing is a Karachi distributor and a brand Facebook page — so claims go through whoever imported your container. Independent reviews abroad document homeowners whose claims went unanswered once the original installer closed. The warranty also excludes improper installation and work by unapproved technicians. Buy on the assumption that the warranty is worth something only while your importer stays in business.

Price context vs rivals

Same-day, same-source comparisons only — mixing trackers produces nonsense.

Read down the columns, not across them. On the daily trackers ZnShine is the cheapest N-type on the board; at Pakistan Solar Traders it is not cheap at all. That spread — roughly Rs 2,340 per panel between two Pakistani sellers in the same month — is the most useful fact here: with a brand this thinly distributed, the dealer matters more than the badge. Get two written quotes.
