AE Solar Solar Panels

Germany (AESOLAR, Senefelderstrasse 23, D-86368 Gersthofen)

AE Solar is a German-registered module maker — AESOLAR, Senefelderstrasse 23, Gersthofen — whose panels reach UAE rooftops through general solar resellers rather than a published UAE distributor network. On 5 August 2026 one Dubai seller, maxima.solar, listed seven AE Solar wattages between AED 350 and AED 450, all in stock.

This hub exists because of a gap those listings leave open: not one of them names the model you are buying.

Prices read from the seller's own product API on 5 August 2026. The per-watt column is arithmetic on the listed price and the listed wattage — nothing else. Two separate 700W listings carry the same AED 440 price under near-identical names ("700W" and "700W Mono"); we cannot tell whether that is two products or one listed twice, so neither has a model page here.

One seller is not a market price. Everything on this hub is what maxima.solar listed on one day. It goes into our dated UAE price index the same way, and the spread you would actually want — three sellers, same day, same product — does not exist for AE Solar in the UAE yet.

The model-traceability problem

AE Solar's own product site publishes two current families: Meteor, its N-type TOPCon line, and Aurora, a P-type PERC line. Mapping the Dubai wattages onto them does not resolve:

Two consequences a buyer should act on:

  1. The 500W and 550W modules are in AE Solar's P-type PERC range, while the Dubai listing copy describes every AE Solar panel it sells as "N-type bifacial double glass". Those cannot both be true of the same panel. P-type is not a fault — it is a cheaper, older cell technology with a worse temperature coefficient, which matters in a country where module temperatures pass 70 °C in July.
  2. The efficiency figure is boilerplate. "Up to 23.37%" is printed identically on the 585M, 630W, 700W and 710W pages. One efficiency cannot describe four different modules, and AE Solar itself publishes 23.53% (Meteor) and 21.27% (Aurora) as series ceilings.

What to ask before you pay

Ask for the part number (it looks like AE***CMD-144BDS, not "585M") and the datasheet for that part number. Then check three lines on it: cell type (N-type TOPCon or P-type PERC), the product warranty term as distinct from the linear performance warranty, and the temperature coefficient of Pmax. A seller who cannot produce the datasheet is selling you a wattage, not a module.

For what a UAE rooftop actually costs once modules, inverter, mounting and DEWA approval are added, the system-cost and panel-price guides carry the dated arithmetic.
