The UAE’s answer to "what is the incentive?" is unusually direct — DEWA’s own FAQ says "No tax or other incentives are currently being offered." What exists instead is a connection framework with real rules, and getting those wrong costs more than any subsidy would have saved. Each tracker keeps a dated update log.
