The Revoo A12 is a 1000W hub-motor electric bike running on a 72V 26Ah "Graphene" (lead-acid-type) battery, sold as Revoo's mainstream entry model in Pakistan. As of 26 July 2026 it sells for Rs 187,000, a figure confirmed identically by PakWheels, authorized retailer Auto Power, and Gari.pk.

It is not a lithium bike, whatever the "Graphene" name might suggest to a casual buyer — see the battery section below before you compare it against a genuinely lithium-powered rival.

Two honest gaps sit right in the middle of this spec sheet, not off in a footnote. Brake configuration and warranty term both come down to which Revoo-authorized page you happen to read, and we could not find a Revoo-owned document breaking the tie for either. A 107 kg dry weight on a 1000W hub motor is solidly mid-pack for this class — enough motor to move the bike's own mass plus a rider without straining, not a performance figure.

Honest assessment

Pros. Price and range are the real selling points: Rs 187,000 for a claimed-vs-practical range gap of only 90 km vs 70-90 km is tighter than most Pakistani e-bikes manage, and the figure held up across every retailer we checked with zero variance. Financing access is genuinely good — 0%-markup bank plans plus third-party installment marketplaces both list the A12 specifically. Long-term owner sentiment, where we could find it, is positive: one PakWheels reviewer reports the bike's paint "still looking new with shine not fade" after roughly 3 years of use.

Cons. The "Graphene" battery is a lead-acid-type pack, not lithium, and Revoo publishes no independent long-term failure or capacity-fade data on it — Pakistan's e-bike segment broadly has a known 2-3 year lead-acid death problem, and there is no evidence yet that Revoo's pack sidesteps it. The brake and warranty inconsistencies above are not our invention; they exist across Revoo's own authorized retail listings, and a buyer has no clean way to resolve them before purchase short of asking the dealer directly and getting the answer in writing.

Who should buy it. A buyer prioritizing low upfront cost, a wide service network, and real installment access over premium build quality or a battery chemistry guarantee. If long-term battery life is your main concern, ask specifically about the A12 LFP lithium variant rather than assuming the standard graphene A12 will outlast the segment's typical 2-3 year lead-acid failure window.

Owner feedback we could actually source. Two PakWheels reviewer comments surfaced specific to this bike: one notes the battery "takes 6 to 9 hours to charge" and calls performance "great" after 6+ months of ownership; another reports the paint holding up "with shine not fade" after roughly 3 years of use. We found no volume of reviews beyond a handful — treat this as directional, not a statistically meaningful sample, and we are not inventing additional sentiment to pad it out.

Pakistan reality check

Battery life, honestly. The A12's "Graphene" pack is marketing language for an enhanced lead-acid battery. Revoo itself distinguishes this line from its separately sold lithium/LFP models, which is itself evidence the graphene pack is a lesser chemistry, not equivalent to lithium under a different name. Pakistan's e-bike market broadly sees lead-acid packs die within 2-3 years, with replacement costs running up to roughly Rs 90,000 (shared/docs/01-market-intelligence.md, July 2026 baseline). We found no Revoo-specific 2-3-year-old-unit failure data to confirm or refute whether the A12 follows that pattern — the reviews we found were all under a year old. Treat the warranty's 3-year figure (where it applies) as a marketing claim until real multi-year failure reports exist.

Heat and charge time. A 6-9 hour charge window on a standard AC charger is typical for a lead-acid-class e-bike pack and means realistically an overnight charge, not a quick top-up between errands. No Revoo-specific data on hot-weather capacity derating (a known lead-acid issue generally) was found.

Service network. Revoo names at least 16 cities relevant to A12 buyers in its published service materials — Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Gujranwala, Peshawar, Sialkot, Hyderabad, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Quetta, Sukkur, Bahawalpur and Rahim Yar Khan among them. We could not verify staffing depth or spare-parts availability at any individual centre.

Financing. 0%-markup bank installments (Meezan, Faysal, JS, Askari, Bank of Punjab, MCB, UBL, Bank Alfalah) apply here, most up to 12 months, MCB to 18. Separately, Qist Bazaar lists the A12 on its own plans — roughly Rs 28,550 x 6 months, Rs 16,650 x 9 months, or Rs 19,000 x 12 months (fetched 26 July 2026). Run the total-payable math on both routes; 0%-markup bank financing is almost always cheaper over the same term if you qualify.

Price context

The A12 sits above Yadea's official M3 and United's Classy Pro on sticker price, and its motor (1000W) is a genuine spec advantage over most budget rivals in this band. Jolta's entry-lithium models are the sharper comparison if true lithium chemistry matters more to you than sticker price — we have not independently re-priced the Yadea, United or Jolta figures above for this batch; treat them as the docs/04 starting hypothesis until those brand pages ship.
