Yadea Electric Bikes & Scooters

Yadea is a Chinese electric two-wheeler manufacturer, Hong Kong-listed since 2016 and one of the two largest e-2-wheeler makers globally by volume, sold in Pakistan through exclusive distributor Eiffel Industries Limited. As of 26 July 2026, the five models on this hub run from Rs 174,000 (M3) to Rs 280,000 (G5), all confirmed on two or more independent sources.

Yadea is a genuinely global brand rather than a badge-import — that distinguishes it from several purely domestic Pakistani e-bike makers in this catalog. But "global brand" and "locally well-supported" are different claims, and this page tries to keep them separate: what Yadea's own Pakistani site states about warranty and service, what independent retailers confirm about price, and what we could not verify at all (owner sentiment, chief among them).

Who actually sells Yadea in Pakistan

Yadea Group Holdings Ltd is headquartered in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China, and has been listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since 19 May 2016 (Wikipedia, fetched 26 July 2026). In Pakistan, Yadea is not a direct operation — it is exclusively distributed and locally marketed by Eiffel Industries Limited, the same company behind the Road Prince motorcycle brand. The partnership was first publicized around the opening of Yadea's first Pakistani showroom in Johar Town, Lahore, in November 2023 (tradechronicle.com, dated 27 November 2023), and yadea.com.pk's own branding credits "Eiffel Industries Ltd" throughout the site. Yadea Pakistan operates the retail/support site yadea.com.pk plus what the brand's own homepage describes as a "40+ dealership 3S (Sales/Service/Spare-parts) network" — a self-reported figure we have not independently audited dealership-by-dealership.

Every figure above was independently re-checked in a second, adversarial verification pass on 26 July 2026 that fetched PakWheels and Gari.pk without seeing the original research — all five matched exactly, so all five carry cross_agent_check in fact-check.json.

Yadea's real 2026 Pakistani lineup is bigger than these five models. Yadea's own shop page (yadea.com.pk/shop/, checked 26 July 2026) now foregrounds a newer tier — Ruibin S (Rs 193,000, launched 25 May 2026), M3H (Rs 255,000, genuine LiFePO4 lithium), T5L (Rs 290,000-305,000, genuine LiFePO4 lithium), Epoc-H (Rs 350,000-355,000), Velax (Rs 444,000) and a premium Keeness (around Rs 1,400,000, motorcycle-class) — alongside the original five still sold as the value tier. We have not yet built full pages for the newer tier; this hub and its five linked pages cover the value tier only. Do not confuse Ruibin with Ruibin S, or T5 with T5L — they are distinct SKUs at different prices, and third-party summaries sometimes blur the names.

Correcting our own catalog notes

Our internal catalog-planning notes (shared/docs/04) had listed Yadea at "M3 169K, GT30 189K, Ruibin 204K, T5 248.5K, G5 350K." Having re-verified directly: M3, GT30, Ruibin and T5 each moved up roughly 3-5% between the Nov-2025 price list our notes were built from and the current 2026 prices confirmed above — a modest, real increase Yadea's own PK blog and priceoye.pk have not yet updated to reflect. G5's "Rs 350,000" was a mapping error, not a stale price — Yadea's own Nov-2025 list, PakWheels and Gari.pk all independently show G5 at Rs 280,000, and Rs 350,000-355,000 instead matches a completely different model, Epoc-H, which appears to have been conflated with G5 when our notes were compiled.

PriceOye's Yadea category page marks M3 and G5 "COMING SOON" against a launch date of 31 October 2025 that has already passed. We treat that as a stale, uncorrected template rather than evidence the models are unavailable — Yadea's own site, PakWheels and Gari.pk all show both models actively for sale at the prices above.

Battery reality: "graphene" is a lead-acid relative, not lithium

This is the single most important thing to understand before buying any of the five models on this hub. Yadea markets its standard pack as a "graphene battery," and the marketing language (yadea.com.pk's own blog) claims it lasts "3x longer than ordinary lead-acid." What that name does not make obvious: graphene battery technology, per an industry writeup from Graphene-Info, is built on lead-carbon battery technology — an enhanced member of the lead-acid family, not a lithium chemistry. Yadea Pakistan's own warranty page indirectly confirms this by listing a distinct "Battery (Lead-acid)" warranty tier separate from lithium.

This matters directly against the well-documented Pakistani e-bike problem of cheap batteries dying within 2-3 years, with replacement packs costing as much as Rs 90,000 and no PSQCA-certified testing lab anywhere in the industry (shared/docs/01-market-intelligence.md, July 2026 baseline). All five models on this hub — M3, GT30, Ruibin, T5 and G5 — use the graphene/lead-acid pack, not lithium. Only Yadea's newer M3H, T5L and Velax models carry genuine LiFePO4 lithium. We found no independent Pakistani owner data on actual graphene-pack lifespan or real-world replacement cost, so we are flagging the manufacturer's "3x longer" claim as unverified marketing language rather than repeating it as fact.

{/* VERIFY: independent multi-year lifespan or replacement-cost data for Yadea's graphene/lead-acid pack specifically — none found as of 2026-07-26 */}

Warranty

Yadea Pakistan's own service-support page (yadea.com.pk/service-support/, fetched 26 July 2026) states: motor 24 months/20,000km; battery 18 months/20,000km, conditioned on the pack retaining at least 80% state-of-charge within the first 600 cycles for lithium or 60% for lead-acid; frame 36 months/30,000km against weld failure only; electrical components (controller, charger, switches) and brakes 12 months/10,000km; tires, pads and cables explicitly excluded.

A separate PakWheels Blog report, dated 14 April 2026 and citing an Eiffel Industries statement, says Yadea extended battery warranty to 48 months/50,000km specifically for LFP-lithium-equipped models — that upgrade applies to the newer M3H/T5L/Velax tier, not to the five graphene-battery models covered here, which the general page still lists at 18 months/20,000km. All claims must go through an authorized Yadea/Eiffel Industries dealer for diagnosis. We found no independent, owner-reported case of a warranty claim actually being honored or denied on any current Yadea model — treat the terms above as the brand's stated policy, not a proven track record.

Installment financing and the PAVE scheme

Two named bank plans, both checked 26 July 2026. Bank Alfalah's "Step-By-Step" (SBS) plan: 0% markup, no down payment, a one-time processing fee of 5% (3 months), 8% (6 months) or 2.5% (9-36 months); eligibility needs salaried applicants aged 21-60 earning at least Rs 50,000/month, or self-employed applicants aged 21-65 with at least Rs 75,000 average monthly balance. It covers M3, Ruibin, T5 and Epoc-H specifically, with sample 36-month payments of Rs 8,027 / 9,737 / 11,804 / 16,625 respectively (yadea.com.pk, published 7 May 2026) — GT30 and G5 are not named on this plan. Bank of Punjab's digital lending arm, Bloom, separately runs a 3-to-48-month plan with 0% markup on 3- and 6-month tenors, covering all five models on this hub, with M3 payments quoted from roughly Rs 6,901/month over 48 months (bloompakistan.com, published 4 May 2026).

The federal PAVE e-bike subsidy does not apply to any of the five models on this hub. Yadea's own government-scheme page (yadea.com.pk/govt-page/) names only M3H, T5L and Velax as PAVE-eligible; that page's stated deadline (30 September 2025) also reads as stale against the current program, which our own market-intelligence baseline shows running first-come-first-served rather than by draw. We also found no evidence Yadea participates in the separate provincial Punjab CM student e-bike scheme — sources instead name OKLA, Jolta and Vlektra for that program. Don't assume Yadea eligibility for either without checking with a dealer.

{/* VERIFY: current PAVE Phase 2 deadline and per-unit subsidy amount against yadea.com.pk/govt-page/'s stale Sept-2025 date */}

Known faults and the reliability gap

No independently sourced Pakistani owner or forum complaint threads naming Yadea specifically turned up — a real gap, not a clean bill of health. What we do have is manufacturer-manual-level caution, not a confirmed fault: Yadea's own manuals (manuals.plus, fetched 26 July 2026) warn the controller sits behind the rear inner mudguard and shouldn't be pressure-washed, and the charging port/charger must be dry before connecting — standard monsoon advice for any e-bike. Separately, the M3 carries a genuine spec-sheet inconsistency (see the M3 page) that neither source resolves.

Service network

Yadea's own homepage claims dealership coverage across Lahore (flagship, first showroom Johar Town, November 2023), Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot and Peshawar, with additional smaller towns reported under a stated "40+ dealerships nationwide" network. We have not independently audited claim-turnaround times at any specific dealership.

Where to go next

Each linked model page below carries its own dated price verification, a full spec table (manufacturer-vs-retailer conflicts shown, not hidden), an honest pros/cons assessment, and 2-3 named rivals for price context.

  • Yadea M3 — Rs 174,000, entry model, with an unresolved motor-wattage dispute against the manufacturer's own page.
  • Yadea GT30 — Rs 194,000, a 1000W step-up on the M3.
  • Yadea Ruibin — Rs 209,000, the mid-tier model — do not confuse with the newer, cheaper Ruibin S.
  • Yadea T5 — Rs 253,500, the model with the only genuine dated owner review we found.
  • Yadea G5 — Rs 280,000, the highest-priced of the five, with disputed motor and battery specs against the manufacturer's own page.

SolarNevs sells no e-bikes and takes no commission from Yadea or its dealers.
