LONGi Solar Panels
LONGi is the biggest-selling solar panel brand in Pakistan - and, because of that, the most counterfeited one. As of July 25, 2026, genuine LONGi N-type panels trade at roughly Rs 38-46 per watt in the open market, with the volume-selling Hi-MO 7 585W landing around Rs 22,200-27,000 per panel; one daily tracker quoted a Rs 44.50/W spot rate for LONGi on July 24, 2026. This page covers what each series costs, which ones are actually in stock, and - most importantly - how to avoid paying Tier-1 money for a sticker-branded fake.
Current LONGi prices in Pakistan (July 2026)
Series | Cell tech | Common PK wattages | Rs/W (Jul 2026) | Notes |

Hi-MO X6 | HPBC back-contact | 580-590W | ~43 {/* VERIFY: single dealer listing, May 31 2026 */} | Scarce; most listings out of stock |
Hi-MO X10 | HPBC 2.0 | 620-670W | 41-47 | Newest; 30-yr output guarantee marketed |
Hi-MO 6 | N-type | 575-600W | 32-37 {/* VERIFY: single tracker */} | Clearance-phase stock |

Price sources disagree on Hi-MO 7: Solar-Price.pk logged Rs 38-43/W from wholesale markets on July 17, 2026, while SolarCitizen's July page lists Rs 42.6-46.2/W for dealer-delivered documented stock. Treat the low end as undocumented cash-market rates and the high end as documented, serial-verified stock from authorized distributors. Prices move with the rupee-dollar rate and vary by city.
Honest assessment
Pros. Deepest stock and dealer network of any brand in Pakistan, so replacement and matching panels are easy to find years later. Current N-type series carry a 12-year product warranty and 25-30-year performance warranties. Per-watt pricing is competitive with Jinko and JA rather than carrying a premium. LONGi is the only major brand whose Pakistani buyers have a well-known official serial-verification portal, which market guides consistently recommend using before payment.
Cons. Popularity cuts both ways: local verification guides and price trackers repeatedly warn that fake LONGi panels with copied stickers circulate in Pakistani markets - it is the brand where a "deal" is most likely to be a trap. Warranty claims go through local distributors, not LONGi directly, and only serial-registered documented panels get honored. Hi-MO X6 stock has largely dried up mid-2026 as dealers pivot to X10.
Who should buy. Anyone building a documented net-metering system who wants the safest resale and service story - provided you verify serials. Bargain hunters buying undocumented container stock should assume the warranty is the invoice and nothing more.
Pakistan reality check
Heat and dust. Current LONGi N-type panels hold up better in Punjab and Sindh summers than older PERC stock - the Hi-MO 7's official temperature coefficient is -0.28%/°C, meaning roughly 8-9% output loss at 50°C cell temperatures versus rated. Flat-mounted panels in dusty districts still need fortnightly cleaning regardless of brand.
Documents vs non-documents. The market splits in two. Documented panels: import paperwork, distributor invoice, serial-matched warranty card, price at the top of the range. Non-documented: gray-channel container stock, Rs 3-5/W cheaper, no realistic warranty path. The panel serial, warranty card, and invoice must all match - if a dealer cannot show that chain, price it as warranty-free.
Counterfeit risk - the number one issue. This is the most-faked brand in the country. Before paying: (1) scratch-test the barcode - genuine panels have it etched inside the glass, fakes use a paper sticker you can peel or scratch off; (2) enter the 20+ character serial at LONGi's official portal, longi.com/en/modules-authenticity - genuine modules return model, wattage, and production date, fakes return an error; (3) scan the "One Module One Code" QR on the nameplate; (4) ask for the factory flash test report - genuine A-grade panels ship with one; (5) treat sub-Rs-35/W Hi-MO 7 offers as a red flag, per July 2026 market guidance.
Warranty claim reality. Claims route through the authorized distributor who imported your batch. Expect the serial check, invoice, and warranty card to be demanded up front. Owners of undocumented panels report claims going nowhere - the distributor has no record of the serial, so there is nothing to honor.
Price context vs rivals (July 2026)
At Rs 38-46/W, LONGi sits mid-pack among Tier-1 N-type brands: Jinko Tiger Neo 585W at Rs 40.65-43.45/W, JA Solar DeepBlue 4.0 at Rs 39.75-44.5/W, Canadian Solar TOPCon 585W at Rs 41-48/W, and Trina Vertex N 585W at Rs 39.3-42.15/W (all July 2026 tracker rates). You are not paying a LONGi premium - you are paying for stock depth and the verification portal. Series pages: Hi-MO 7 and Hi-MO X6.
