Solar Inverters Price in South Africa Today
SolarNevs surveys solar inverters prices in South Africa and publishes every quote as a dated row in ZAR (R) — never an undated claim, never a converted figure. Methodology: we record dealer and retailer quotes per brand and model, keep full history, and never accept payment for placement. Prices in South Africa move weekly; always check the date column.

How to read these prices
Where the Sellers column shows 3 or more, the price is a range: that many sellers quoted the same item on the same day, and we publish the spread between them rather than the flattering end of it. A single seller shows one dated quote, because one quote is not a market rate — and a range only ever describes one survey day, never quotes gathered across weeks.
“Per watt” rates apply to panels (multiply by wattage: an ZAR 0.70/W rate makes a 585W panel ≈ ZAR 410). Unit prices apply to inverters and batteries. These are retailer hardware prices — an installed-system quote adds mounting, cabling, approvals and labour on top, so never compare one against the other.
