Evee Electric Bikes & Scooters
Evee is Pakistan's largest home-grown electric two-wheeler brand - built by Fusion Engineering (Pvt) Ltd at a plant on Multan Road in Lahore, not imported and rebadged. As of 2 August 2026, live listings run Rs 97,000 for the 350W Flipper to Rs 319,900 for the S1 Air Lithium, with the two volume models at Rs 177,900 (Gen-Z, graphene) and Rs 275,000 (S1 Air, graphene), each confirmed on four independent sources the same day.
Two things bring most people to this page, and both turn out to be the opposite of what they expect. Evee has no battery-swap network - not a small one, not a pilot, none, and its own website never mentions swapping. And its "0% markup" instalment plan is genuinely 0% only to six months; the published 36-month figures total 1.71 times the cash price. Both findings are worked through below with the numbers they come from.
Current Evee lineup and prices (2 August 2026)
Model | Power / battery | Live prices seen 2 Aug 2026 | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
Flipper | 350W, 48V 13Ah graphene | Rs 97,000 | evee.pk + PakWheels + Gari.pk + Bloom (16 Jul) - four sources to the rupee; PriceOye lists Rs 99,000 |
Sonic | not published | Rs 130,000 | Gari.pk only - single source, not a market price |
Mito / Mito+ | 600W graphene | Rs 137,000 | PakWheels + Gari.pk (PriceOye Rs 131,000) |
Nisa | 600W graphene | Rs 155,000 | PakWheels + Gari.pk (PriceOye Rs 159,000) |
LX | 1000W graphene | Rs 160,000 | PakWheels + Gari.pk + Bloom |
1000W graphene or LFP | Rs 177,900 graphene; Rs 215,000-229,900 lithium | evee.pk + PakWheels + Gari.pk + Bloom | |
S1 | 1200W graphene / 1500W lithium | Rs 206,000 / Rs 269,900 | Rs 206,000 on evee.pk + PakWheels + Gari.pk; the Rs 269,900 lithium figure is evee.pk only - neither aggregator lists an S1 Lithium |
Nisa 3W | three-wheel | Rs 235,000 | PakWheels + Gari.pk |
Sqube | 2000W graphene | Rs 239,000 | PakWheels + Gari.pk + Bloom |
Gen-Z Pro | 1000W LFP lithium | Rs 244,900 (evee.pk) vs Rs 259,000 (Gari.pk, PriceOye) | conflict, printed |
S1 3W | three-wheel | Rs 245,000 | Gari.pk only |
S1 Pro | not published | Rs 272,000 | PakWheels + Gari.pk |
S1 Air | 2200W graphene | Rs 275,000 | evee.pk + PakWheels + Gari.pk + Bloom |
2200W Phylion LFP | Rs 319,900 | evee.pk + PakWheels + Gari.pk (Volnivo says Rs 315,000) | |
C1 / C1 Pro / C1 Air | legacy | Rs 170,000-173,000 / Rs 220,000 / Rs 305,000 | aggregators only - absent from Evee's own catalogue |
Two entries need their own sentence. The C1 family is not part of Evee's current range. Evee's own site on 2 August 2026 lists Flipper, Mito+, LX, Gen-Z, Gen-Z Pro, S1, S1 Air, S1 3W and Sqube; the C1, C1 Pro and C1 Air appear nowhere on it, and a request for a C1 Air product page does not return one. PakWheels and Gari.pk still list all three, and Gari.pk's C1 write-up is still written in the future tense - "the company is preparing to launch its next product, the evee C1" - which tells you how old that text is. Anyone quoting you a "new C1 Air at Rs 305,000" is selling from a listing page, not from Evee's catalogue.
The Gen-Z Pro is the one live price we will not settle. Evee's own page says Rs 244,900; Gari.pk and PriceOye both say Rs 259,000. That is a Rs 14,100 gap between the manufacturer and two retailers on the same day, and we have no basis to pick a winner, so both are printed. PriceOye is the weakest source on this page in any case: on 2 August 2026 every Evee entry in its catalogue is still flagged "COMING SOON" against a launch date of 31 October 2025 that lapsed nine months ago.

Honest assessment
Pros. Evee is a real manufacturer with a real address, and that matters more in this segment than the badge on the tank. The lineup is the widest of any Pakistani e-two-wheeler brand - a 350W Rs 97,000 moped through to a 2200W scooter that a PakWheels reviewer clocked at 69 km/h - so there is an Evee at nearly every price point, and the price agreement across PakWheels, Gari.pk and Evee's own site is unusually tight for this market (the Gen-Z and S1 Air match to the rupee on four sources). It offers a genuine LiFePO4 upgrade path on four models rather than selling lead-carbon as "lithium-grade", and it backs the LFP-equipped Gen-Z Pro with 36 months on battery and controller. There is also one dated, named third-party test - PakWheels' 3 May 2026 S1 Air review - which is more independent scrutiny than most brands in this catalogue have attracted.
Cons. The published support story is thin to the point of being absent: on 2 August 2026 Evee's own Store Locator and Service Centers pages rendered no dealers and no service centres at all - only the factory address - leaving a support helpline and a sales mobile as the documented support channel for a nationwide brand. The warranty term is stated four different ways across Evee's own pages, PakWheels' listing, PakWheels' review and a dealer blog (18, 20, 20-36 and 36 months for battery and controller), which is exactly the kind of ambiguity that gets resolved against the buyer at claim time. The headline financing offer does not survive its own arithmetic past six months. And the brand's spec discipline is poor: PakWheels lists the Gen-Z at 800W where Evee says 1000W, gives the S1 Air a 38Ah pack and a 2.52 kWh capacity that only reconciles at 35Ah, and prints a 102 kg dry weight for both the C1 and the C1 Air.
Who should buy. Someone who wants a locally-built scooter with a documented factory and a lithium option, buying in person from a dealer who will write the warranty term and the service address on the invoice. Buyers who need a proven service network should weigh Yadea, which at least publishes its warranty schedule and a claimed 40-plus 3S dealer count. Buyers chasing a swap-based ownership model should stop reading here - nothing in Evee's range supports it.
Pakistan reality check
The battery-swap claim does not exist at the source. We looked for it deliberately: Evee's homepage, its About page, its Gen-Z and S1 Air product pages, and its store locator - not one mention of swapping, swap stations, a swap subscription, or even a removable pack. No Evee dealer we opened offers pack exchange. The claim traces to third-party listicles; the clearest example, batteryswapcabinet.com's 19 March 2026 top-ten piece, states that "Okla and Evee offer swappable battery options" while naming no station, no partner, no city and no price. Two things about that source are worth knowing: the sentence appears as a single aside in a "delivery rider" checklist that links straight to the site's own guide to buying swap cabinets - the publisher sells swap hardware - and the same page's own Evee brand profile lists the brand's strengths as "Battery options (lead-acid / graphene / lithium)", saying nothing about swapping. Meanwhile the one Pakistani swap network with a verifiable launch is **ezBike's ezSwap**, announced in Islamabad in November 2023 with 40 stations planned and sub-30-second exchanges through the ezSwap app - built around ezBike's own scooters and its own pack format (neither Dawn's report nor ezBike's swapping page names the compatible model). Your Evee will not dock with it. Practically: an Evee's range is fixed by the pack you bought on day one, refilled from a wall socket in 5-7 hours, and extended only by buying the bigger battery up front.
"0% markup" instalments, checked with a calculator. Evee sells through Bank Alfalah's Smart Buy Scheme, branded "Evee Your Ride". Two independent sources publish the plan's own numbers - Gari.pk on 30 January 2026 (eight models, seven tenures) and Bloom Pakistan on 16 July 2026 (seven models, 36-month figures). Multiply the monthly payment by the number of months and compare it to the cash price:
Tenure | Total paid vs cash price | Example: S1 Air graphene, Rs 275,000 |
|---|---|---|
3 months | exactly the cash price | genuinely 0% |
6 months | exactly the cash price | genuinely 0% |
9 months | 1.176x | Rs 48,000 extra |
12 months | 1.234x | Rs 64,000 extra |
18 months | 1.352x | Rs 97,000 extra |
24 months | 1.471x | Rs 129,000 extra |
36 months | 1.710x | Rs 195,232 extra (Rs 13,062 x 36 = Rs 470,232) |
The 1.71 multiplier is not a rounding artefact of one row: it holds to four significant figures on all seven models in Bloom's July article (Flipper Rs 4,607, Mito+ Rs 6,507, LX Rs 7,600, Gen-Z Rs 8,450, S1 Rs 9,785, Sqube Rs 11,352, S1 Air Rs 13,062) and on all eight models in Gari.pk's January table. That is roughly 23-24% of the sticker price charged flat, every year, on a plan advertised as zero markup - and the published fee column (2.5% one-time at 12-36 months) cannot account for any of it. Three points for buyers: pay cash or take the 3- or 6-month tenure if you possibly can; understand that this is a Bank Alfalah credit-card facility, not a general cash instalment plan, so you need the card and the available limit before anything else; and note that processing fee and Federal Excise Duty sit on top of the figures above.
Graphene is not lithium, and Evee's own warranty says so. The standard Evee pack is marketed as "graphene", which in this segment means a graphene/carbon-enhanced lead-carbon battery - an advanced lead-acid relative, not a lithium chemistry. The lithium option is a Phylion 76.8V LiFePO4 pack. The tell is in Evee's own warranty schedule: the LFP-equipped Gen-Z Pro gets 36 months on battery and controller while the graphene Gen-Z and S1 Air get 20. The upgrade is priced at Rs 44,900 on the S1 Air and Rs 52,000 on the Gen-Z. We found no independent Pakistani data on how many years or cycles either pack survives in service, which is the single biggest unknown in the total cost of owning any e-bike here.
Claims versus a measured test. PakWheels' S1 Air review (Ayesha Ali, 3 May 2026) is the only dated independent test we found on any current Evee: against a claim of 90-110 km in Eco mode, the reviewer recorded 80-85 km on a full charge, and hit 69 km/h against a 65-70 km/h claim. That is a range shortfall of roughly 11% against the bottom of the claim and 27% against the top - unremarkable for the segment, and honest enough that Evee's number is not fantasy, but plan your commute on 80 km, not 110. The same review's energy figure needs a flag: it reports 1.5 units per charge at about Rs 90, which implies a Rs 60/unit tariff and does not reconcile with a 72V 38Ah pack, since a full charge of roughly 2.7 kWh should draw nearer 3 units at typical charger efficiency. Treat the running-cost line as directional.
Support is the risk you are actually taking. A brand with 14 listed models and no published dealer or service-centre list is asking you to trust the specific shop you buy from. Before paying: get the warranty months for battery, controller and motor written on the invoice; get the name and address of the workshop that will honour it; ask what a replacement pack for your exact model costs today, because no Evee replacement-pack price is published anywhere (a gap this site has already documented across the whole segment in our e-bike battery replacement cost guide); and confirm the controller and motor wattage on the frame plate rather than from a listing page, given how far the listings drift from Evee's own numbers.
The subsidy question. PAVE, the federal e-bike scheme, pays Rs 50,000 through a bank lease or up to Rs 80,000 on self-finance for a two-wheeler, and pave.gov.pk states plainly that only pre-approved models on the portal qualify. The public portal page does not publish that list, and Evee's own site makes no PAVE claim anywhere we could find. Several SEO sites assert Evee eligibility with no source at all. Until you have seen the exact model on the portal, do not count the subsidy in your budget.
Price context vs rivals (August 2026)
Same-day live prices, 2 August 2026, against the two rival brands this site has already verified:
Model | Price | Battery | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
Evee Flipper | Rs 97,000 | 350W graphene | cheapest listed e-two-wheeler in this catalogue |
Rs 144,900 (26 Jul 2026) | lead-acid | domestic rival, entry tier | |
Rs 177,900 | 1000W graphene | 4-source price agreement | |
Rs 174,000 (26 Jul 2026) | 800W graphene | imported brand, published warranty schedule | |
Rs 209,000 (26 Jul 2026) | graphene | mid-tier import | |
Evee Gen-Z lithium | Rs 215,000-229,900 | 76.8V LFP | genuine lithium at Yadea Ruibin money |
Rs 272,000 (26 Jul 2026) | lead-acid | domestic assembler | |
Evee S1 Air | Rs 275,000 | 2200W graphene | 69 km/h measured, 80-85 km measured range |
Rs 280,000 (26 Jul 2026) | graphene | closest import competitor by price | |
Rs 319,900 | 76.8V Phylion LFP | top of the Evee range |
The shape of it: at the bottom of the market Evee is simply cheaper than anything imported, and at Rs 215,000-229,900 the lithium Gen-Z is the least expensive genuine LiFePO4 scooter in this catalogue - Yadea's lithium tier (M3H, T5L, Velax) starts higher. What Evee does not offer against Yadea is a published warranty schedule you can read before you buy or a stated dealer count; what Yadea does not offer against Evee is a Lahore factory address. Yadea prices above are dated 26 July 2026 and have not been re-verified in this pass.
Model pages: Gen-Z and S1 Air (Lithium).
SolarNevs sells no e-bikes and takes no commission from Evee or its dealers.
