MS Jaguar Electric Bikes & Scooters
MS Jaguar is the EV arm of MS Group of Industries, a Sahiwal manufacturer that says it built its first electric bikes in 2021 and now sells six of them. As of 2 August 2026 the electric range runs Rs 158,000 to Rs 370,000, and this is one of the few Pakistani e-bike brands where the manufacturer publishes its own prices, so a buyer can check a dealer's quote against the maker's page rather than against a portal's guess.
That transparency ends at the battery. The single most important thing to understand about this brand is that "MS Jaguar" is not one battery technology, it is two, and which one you get changes the bike's real cost by more than any spec on the brochure. The Miso is graphene lead-acid. The Bolt and M1 are sold both ways. The E-70, E-70 Supreme and E-125 are LFP. On the Bolt, moving from the graphene pack to the LFP pack costs Rs 52,000-71,000 - between 30% and 41% of the base bike - and no listing anywhere states that plainly.

The LFP variants have no settled price. MS Jaguar's own Bolt and M1 product pages let you pick "Graphene" or "LFP" from a dropdown and print a single figure - Rs 174,000 and Rs 204,000 - while the collections page says "starting from" those same numbers. The two independent sellers that do quote the LFP variant separately disagree by Rs 19,000 on both models. So the honest statement is a spread, not a price: expect Rs 226,000-245,000 for a Bolt LFP and Rs 246,000-265,000 for an M1 LFP, and make the dealer name the chemistry on the invoice.
PriceOye's figures are not live prices. All six MS Jaguar models carried a COMING SOON badge on PriceOye on 2 August 2026, and the Miso's page labels its Rs 153,000 an expected price. Every PriceOye figure sits 3-9% under the three sources that agree with each other (E-70 at Rs 239,900 against Rs 262,000-265,000). We saw the identical COMING SOON defect on PriceOye's Road Prince and Yadea categories. Treated as historical context, not as today's price.
MS Jaguar still sells petrol. Its 70cc at Rs 107,900 and 100cc at Rs 115,900 sit on the same PakWheels brand page as the electrics. That is unusually useful: the electric premium inside one brand, from one factory, through one dealer network, is Rs 50,100 for the Miso over the 70cc - and that is the number the payback maths below runs on, instead of a cross-brand comparison that smuggles in quality differences.

Honest assessment
Pros. MS Jaguar publishes its own prices and its own specs, per model, on a live site - which sounds like a low bar until you notice how much of this market does not, and how much of our Road Prince page is taken up with the consequences of a manufacturer site that no longer works. It is a genuine local manufacturer, not a badge on a container: a Sahiwal plant, a parent group with an automotive spare-parts business behind it, and a petrol line on the same shelf, which matters when a controller or a brake lever needs replacing in year three. Offering the same scooter with two chemistries is, in principle, the right structure - most rivals decide for you. And the LFP motorcycles carry the longest calendar battery term anyone in this market advertises: five years, if it holds up - though Yadea's T5 publishes 4 years with a 50,000 km cap next to it, which is a more enforceable-looking promise on a cheaper bike.
Cons. The chemistry is buried. Nothing in the name "MS Jaguar Bolt" tells you whether the pack in front of you is a graphene lead-acid set with an 18-month warranty or an LFP set with a three-year one, and the price gap between them is up to Rs 71,000. The claimed ranges do not survive division: the LFP models are quoted at 15-18 Wh per kilometre while the graphene models on the same chassis are quoted at 24-26 Wh per kilometre - one bike cannot have two consumption figures, so at least one set of numbers is a calculation and not a measurement. The headline warranty is contradicted inside the very page that carries the brand's price - PakWheels' E-70 listing prints 5 Years in its spec table and 3 years in its own overview text - and MS Jaguar publishes no warranty policy document to settle it. Owner feedback is thin and not good: PakWheels' E-125 page carried a 2.0 out of 5 average from two reviews on 2 August 2026, one of them describing "useless breaks", duplicate parts, a real top speed of 55 km/h against a 100 km/h claim, and 75 km per charge against 170 km claimed.
Who should buy. Someone within reach of a real MS Jaguar dealer who wants the cheapest new electric scooter from a manufacturer that will still exist in three years, and who goes in knowing the Miso is a lead-acid bike with a lead-acid life and buys it as one. That is a defensible Rs 158,000. The E-70 is defensible too, but only if the dealer writes five years on the invoice - at three years it is competing against Yadea's LFP terms without a price advantage. Anyone shopping the Bolt or M1 should either pay for the LFP pack or buy the Miso and keep the difference; the graphene mid-range is the worst value in the lineup.
Pakistan reality check
Graphene is lead-acid. This is the sentence the whole budget end of the market is built on avoiding. A graphene lead-acid battery is a lead-acid battery with a modified plate additive; it does not have lithium cycle life. Our battery replacement guide puts the whole lead-acid family at 300-500 cycles and one to two years of Pakistani service, against 2,000-plus cycles for LiFePO4 - and MS Jaguar's own warranty terms agree with that, offering 18 months on graphene and 3 to 5 years on LFP. A manufacturer that puts an 18-month warranty on a pack is telling you what it expects the pack to do. Believe the warranty, not the marketing.
The range claims are arithmetic, not testing. Take MS Jaguar's own published pack sizes and its own published ranges. Bolt graphene: 1.92 kWh, 80 km claimed - 24 Wh/km. M1 graphene: 2.30 kWh, 90 km - 25.6 Wh/km. Miso: 1.68 kWh, 70 km - 24 Wh/km. Now the LFP versions of the same scooters: 1.8 kWh, 100 km claimed - 18 Wh/km. Same frame, same wheels, same motor, same rider. The bike's energy consumption cannot change because you swapped the pack; if 24 Wh/km is true then the LFP Bolt does 71 km, and if 18 Wh/km is true then the graphene Bolt would do 106 km. Both figures are almost certainly optimistic anyway: our range methodology guide puts real-world yield at 70-75% of the brochure, and lead-acid delivers less of its nameplate than lithium does at real discharge currents, so the graphene models take the haircut twice.
Warranty: the number that matters is contradicted - inside a single page. MS Jaguar's homepage claims "Pakistan's Longest Battery Warranty", its E-70 page says 5 years, its own 2026 buyer's-guide blog says 5 years. The usual retelling is that PakWheels contradicts this with 3 years. What PakWheels' E-70 page actually does, opened on 2 August 2026, is print both: "5 Years" in the Battery Warranty row of its specification table, and "MS Jaguar E-70 has a 3-YEAR WARRANTY for the battery" in its overview text further up. Its E-70 Supreme page carries the same doubling; its E-125 page prints 5 Years. The only source stating three without contradicting itself is the undated reseller electricbikepakistan.pk.
The published weight is therefore on five years - and we still do not assert it, and neither should a salesman. There is no warranty policy page on msjaguarmotorcycles.com (we got a 404 on 2 August 2026), no published kilometre cap, and no claim procedure. And a five-year calendar claim with no cap and no claim route is not obviously better than what the same portal prints for the cheaper Yadea T5: 4 years / 50,000 km, which our replacement guide already calls the strongest published battery warranty in Pakistan. Do not pay the difference on the strength of a claim you cannot read the terms of.
Nobody publishes a replacement-pack price - including MS Jaguar. Using our replacement guide's voltage-and-capacity table, the Miso's 60V 28Ah slot lands between the Rs 50,000 (60V 20Ah) and Rs 73,000 (60V 30Ah) aftermarket lithium prices, or Rs 25,000-35,000 for a like-for-like lead-acid set. On an 18-month graphene warranty, budget for that second set inside two years and a third inside four. Ask the dealer to quote a replacement pack in writing before you buy the bike. A dealer who will not is answering the question.
PAVE eligibility is unconfirmed - check the portal, not a blog. pave.gov.pk on 2 August 2026 confirms the money (Rs 80,000 self-finance, Rs 50,000 on bank lease, 25% of the e-bike quota reserved for women) and says only Engineering Development Board pre-approved models are offered - but it names no manufacturer. Aggregator sites list MS Jaguar among approved brands and our own e-bike price guide repeats that list; none of those is the official source. Verify on the portal before you assume Rs 80,000 off. And note the warning our e-rickshaw subsidy guide carries: lookalike domains such as pavegov.com.pk are not government sites, and a federal scheme does not charge an application fee.
Running cost, at today's petrol price. Petrol was fixed at Rs 336.03 a litre for 1-3 August 2026 by OGRA. A 70cc doing a realistic 57.5 km/L costs about Rs 5.84 per kilometre. The Miso's 1.68 kWh pack, with roughly 20% charging losses, draws about 2.0 units from the wall - about Rs 71 at the Rs 35 residential tariff our home charging guide uses - and covers a realistic 45-52 km, so about Rs 1.48 per kilometre. The Rs 50,100 premium over MS Jaguar's own 70cc pays back in roughly 11,500 km, or about a year at 12,000 km. Then the battery bill arrives, and on graphene it arrives every 15-24 months. Over three years and 36,000 km the Miso lands near Rs 260,000-280,000 all-in (bike, electricity, two graphene sets at Rs 25,000-35,000 each) against roughly Rs 318,000 for the 70cc on fuel alone - a real saving, but a much narrower one than "Rs 1,000 a month" advertising implies.

Two positions, two verdicts. The Miso at Rs 158,000 is mid-pack for a graphene scooter and undercuts the Revoo A11 by Rs 9,000 and the Yadea GT30 by Rs 36,000, but it is not the budget end of this market - the Evee Flipper and Benling Mini are Rs 38,000-61,000 cheaper. The E-70 at Rs 262,000 is one of very few genuinely lithium-family bikes under Rs 300,000: the Road Prince E-Go Rs 2,000 below it is lithium-ion, and almost everything else in that column reads "Graphene" - including, checked today, the Evee C1 Air at Rs 305,000, which is widely talked about as a lithium bike and is not one on PakWheels' own spec field.
That middle column is worth one more sentence, because it is the part of this table we got wrong before checking. We had five of these bikes down as plain lead-acid and two as lithium; the listings say otherwise, and the values above are now the source's words rather than our summary. The practical lesson for a buyer is the same one this whole page keeps arriving at: "graphene" is the default chemistry of the Pakistani e-bike market from Rs 97,000 to Rs 305,000, it is a lead-acid derivative, and no model name or price point tells you when you have crossed out of it. Read the spec field, and get the chemistry written on the invoice.
The E-70's slot is a strong one, then - on chemistry. It does not live or die on the battery warranty, because as the model page sets out, the longest published term in this price band is not MS Jaguar's: it is the Yadea T5's 4 years / 50,000 km, on a bike costing Rs 8,500 less.
