Electric Bike Price in Pakistan by Brand for July 2026
{/* visual_plan: comparison */}
Key Takeaways
- Listed electric two-wheeler prices in Pakistan span Rs 97,000 (Evee Flipper) to Rs 2,700,000 (Eveon Titan) as of July 2026.
- Yadea raised prices Rs 5,000 across the M3, GT30 and Ruibin between November 2025 and May 2026, the M3 went from Rs 169,000 to Rs 174,000.
- Atlas Honda's ICON e at Rs 419,900 is the only e-bike from a major petrol OEM, and costs 2.6x its own CD 70 at Rs 159,900 (July 2026).
- Petrol hit Rs 331.52 per litre effective 24 July 2026, making a real-world CD 70 cost about Rs 5.77 per km at 57.5 km/L.
- The PM e-bike scheme under PAVE cuts up to Rs 80,000 off, but moved to first-come-first-served on 5 May 2026, the queue, not a ballot, now decides.
What does an electric bike cost in Pakistan in July 2026?
Ignore the "starting from" numbers. The Pakistani e-bike market splits into four honest price bands, and the band you buy in decides your battery chemistry, which decides your total cost far more than the sticker does.
Price band (July 2026) | What you get | Typical battery | Realistic range |
|---|---|---|---|
Rs 95,000 to 150,000 | Light scooty, low-power hub motor | Lead-acid or graphene lead-acid | 35 to 55 km |
Rs 150,000 to 200,000 | Full-size 70cc-shaped e-bike | Graphene lead-acid | 50 to 70 km |
Rs 200,000 to 300,000 | Lithium or LFP commuter | LiFePO4 / lithium-ion | 70 to 100 km |
Rs 300,000 to 620,000 | High-speed lithium motorcycle | LiFePO4, larger pack | 90 to 150 km claimed |
The single most important line in that table is the Rs 200,000 threshold. Below it you are, with very few exceptions, buying a lead-acid pack that will need replacing inside two years. Above it you are buying lithium that should last five or more. Dealers rarely volunteer this. Ask which chemistry is in the bike before you ask anything else.
What is the complete brand-by-brand electric bike price list?
These are the prices listed on PakWheels' new-bike pages, checked 26 July 2026. Where a manufacturer's own site disagrees, we say so in the next section.

Why do the same models show different prices on different sites?
Because they are quoting different dates, and nobody labels them.
The clearest case is Yadea. Yadea Pakistan's own price-list page, published 18 December 2025, quotes the M3 at Rs 169,000, GT30 at Rs 189,000, Ruibin at Rs 204,000, T5 at Rs 248,500 and EPOC-H at Rs 350,000. Yadea's own model guide, published 7 May 2026, quotes the same bikes at Rs 174,000, Rs 194,000, Rs 209,000 and Rs 355,000. PakWheels agrees with the May 2026 set. So the older figures are not wrong, they are stale by roughly six months, and the increase was a flat Rs 5,000 per model.
Super Star is messier. PakWheels lists the EV-1000W at Rs 160,000 (July 2026); gari.pk lists the same bike at Rs 225,000. That is a Rs 65,000 spread on one model. We cannot reconcile it from published sources, so treat any Super Star quote as a starting point and get it in writing from the dealer before paying.
The practical rule is that a price without a date attached is not a price. Ask the showroom for today's number on a printed invoice, not a WhatsApp forward.
What does the PM e-bike subsidy take off the price?
The Prime Minister's Electric Bike and Rickshaw Scheme, launched 23 February 2026 under the PAVE programme, carries a Rs 9 billion budget covering 116,000 electric motorcycles, with a subsidy of up to Rs 80,000 per bike and financing of up to Rs 200,000 over two years. E-rickshaws carry a larger subsidy of Rs 400,000.
Two things changed that most buyers have not caught up with. First, the Economic Coordination Committee approved Phase 2 on 5 May 2026 and replaced computerised balloting with first-come-first-served, so your application timestamp now sets your place in the queue. Second, there is no announced closing date, the window shuts when the quota is exhausted, not on a calendar date.
Approved manufacturers under the scheme include Metro, MS Jaguar, Jolta, Yadea, Vlektra, E-Turbo, Chang Jiang and Nova. Applications go through pave.gov.pk; you need a valid CNIC and a motorcycle licence or learner's permit. Be careful here, as several lookalike domains carry the scheme's branding without being the government portal.
What is the real cost per kilometre versus a 70cc petrol bike?
Here is the arithmetic, with every input dated.
Petrol rose Rs 4.40 to Rs 331.52 per litre effective 24 July 2026. A Honda CD 70, priced at Rs 159,900 (July 2026), is rated at 70 km/L but returns 55 to 60 km/L in Pakistani city traffic. At 57.5 km/L that is Rs 5.77 per km.
For the electric side, Yadea states the T5 takes about 2.5 units for a full charge, and its real-world range is 75 to 85 km against a 100 km claim. NEPRA's uniform national residential base tariff is around Rs 33.38 per unit for 2026, which becomes roughly Rs 39 per unit after 17% GST. So 2.5 units cost about Rs 97.63 and carry you about 80 km, working out to Rs 1.22 per km. If you are a protected consumer under 200 units a month, it drops closer to Rs 0.72 per km.
That is a fuel saving of roughly Rs 4.55 per km, or about Rs 54,600 a year at 12,000 km. It is a genuine saving, and it is why the segment grew about 191% in 2025 to roughly 90,000 units.
But it is not the whole cost. Read the next section before you celebrate.
What hidden costs turn a cheap e-bike expensive?
The battery cliff. A lead-acid pack costs Rs 25,000 to 35,000 and lasts one to two years in Pakistani heat, where every 10°C above 25°C can halve its life. A lithium replacement, priced January 2026, runs Rs 50,000 for 60V 20Ah, Rs 73,000 for 60V 30Ah and Rs 89,000 for 72V 30Ah. On a Rs 150,000 bike, that Rs 89,000 pack is over half the purchase price.
The warranty gap. This is where the real price difference hides. The Jolta JE-100L carries a one-year warranty. YJ Future covers batteries up to 15 months. Yadea extended its LFP battery warranty from 36 months / 40,000 km to 48 months / 50,000 km on 14 April 2026. Four years of covered battery versus one year is worth far more than the Rs 40,000 sticker gap between those bikes.
Range decay. Lead-acid packs lose 20 to 30% of range within six months, and a pack that gave 60 km when new can deliver 25 km by the end. Budget your purchase against the range you will have in year two, not showroom day.
Resale. Second-hand e-bike buyers discount hard for battery age, because they cannot test remaining capacity. A three-year-old lead-acid bike is worth considerably less than a three-year-old CD 70, which is part of why the petrol bike's total cost is closer than the per-km figures suggest.
Frequently Asked Questions
